GAYL C. SPIVAK graduated from Brandeis University in 1988 and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1991. She is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Spivak has been representing lenders for 18 years, and specializes in mortgage foreclosures and related creditor’s rights, in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Camden County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
